Post STICKY: What This Forum Is For
I added this forum so that I could get feedback from my readers here. I'm not trolling for compliments or trying to feed my ego.

I just really want to know if the forum is serving a need, and if so, how well it's doing that. So, that being said, please feel free to post here and let me know if you think I've got the right categories and subcategories, if you like how easy (or not) it is to navigate here or any other feedback you'd like to provide.

I can take criticism (as long as you're nice about it!), so please be honest and tell me what you really think. This forum is for you... so let's make it the best it can possibly be, OK?

Thanks for your help...

Forum was a great idea. Only complaint I have is not enough people using it and getting in touch. A live chat thing would be cool, but I suppose they wouldn't use that either.

Thanks for putting up this forum. I joined it to get away from the other forums that are being ruined by griping, arguing, one-upping, being political, hating, name calling, etc.
Our scooter club has a forum, too. It has been up for a year now, and I would like for it to be a lot more active, but hey, you can lead them to water, but you can't...
If anyone wants to check us out, we're at:
http://stpeteslowpokes.com
We play a game that I started called Scooter Trivia, it's fun. I'd like to have enough folks to play Scooter Tag, but there isn't enough interest here...
We can always use a good idea, too.

I agree, I like the forums and the way it is set up. You're right scootergirl people have to use the site and sadly people join and thats it. I'm on two other scooter sites and one motorcycle site and they all looked very promising but became "ghost towns" rather quickly?? I personally never saw a point in joining a forum or enthusiast site if you have no desire to meet people??

I joined this site for the information..I didn't get a scooter until last year, so I was trying to get some pointers and tips on engine oil and what type I should use . how often I should change it. the books that came with my scooter were very comical, I didn't understand what they were saying but I laughed all the way through it.
and I got good information here instead... I am glad this forum is here to help.. but I am wondering ..if we don't have many conversations now in the winter months....the summer months might even be worse... I for one will be here to get enlightened and review my scooters performance. and even though I haven't chatted with most of the members here...maybe somedy it could happen.. anyone that wants to can get on my friends list. just give me a holla.... adios for now
